Description : The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) will be procuring the Young People and Adult Substance Misuse (drug and alcohol) treatment services during 2023/2024.The Council's aim is to build a specialist treatment system for young people and adults experiencing problems with substance misuse that enables individuals to make the changes in their lives that will actively:- Promote and sustain the recovery from substance misuse. - Engage and retaining adults and young people in effective treatment to prepare them for recovery.
