Description:
Newcastle City Council (NCC) is the local authority for Newcastle upon Tyne. NCC holds a large property portfolio used for both service delivery and commercial lettings and is looking to appoint a provider to supply a winter gritting and snow clearance service at a number of sites, to ensure safe access for building occupiers in the winter months. The contract will include 25 sites (some shared), with the option to include further sites, to be priced on a Pay as You Go basis and fixed price contract basis. There is no guarantee of work.
