- Description:
- Works comprise strip and renewal of clay tiles to pitched roofs and overlay of flat roofs inc new insulation, to the front section of the site over summer 2025. Works will take place both during and outside of term time. As this is an SEN school contractor will need to demonstrate experience within a similar school site. All site operatives must hold valid enhanced DBS certificates, proof of which should be provided on tender return for site and contract management, with certs for operatives to be provided in good time prior to works commencing.
Should this not be possible the contractor will not be able to commence works onsite during term time and may be liable for LDs-
