Description : Trusts across the West of England are committed to the implementation of a digital technology infrastructure enabling radiology image sharing. The West of England Target Operating Model for imaging across the Network is to transform and develop imaging services to support growth in activity and complexity of clinical care pathways resulting in improved patient outcomes. Pivotal to the delivery of this vision is securing the digital infrastructure to share images and associated information between providers and consumers of imaging services. This sharing of images must be safe, timely, resilient and efficient.This is a procurement for a single supplier framework which will be awarded to one supplier only to allow all trusts in the West of England Imaging Network to call off from for the following 4 lots.1 PACS2 RIS3 A sharing solution4 Associated StorageAny bidder will need to bid for all 4 lots to be considered. The framework will be open for the maximum period of 4 years for Trusts to call off from with contract lengths for an anticipated 10 years as a maximum in a 5+3+2 contract, but may be for varying lengths in line with ambitions to have a co terminus end date for ease of network procurement at the end of the contracts.
