Abstract: The overall aim of this contract is for an organisation, with demonstrable knowledge of racism or has expertise in advocating and supporting Black, Asian and Minority ethnic people, to administer a multi-year grant scheme for grassroot groups and organisations, working to a specified timeline. The successful organisation will administer grants to grassroots groups and organisations on behalf of Welsh Government for financial years 23/24 and 24/25 with grant projects ending December 2024.The Client wishes to appoint a distributive body to administer the Culture Grant Scheme for Grassroot Organisations on behalf of the Welsh Government. The proposed contract value should reflect the service of awarding approximately 10-15 grants for financial year 2023/24 and up to 10-15 grants for financial year 2024/25, if the funding allocation has not been fully committed to multi-year projects in year 1.
