Description : The objective of this tender process is to appoint a supplier(s) to deliver a range of social media, website and marketing campaign services to support the return to high streets safely and recover from the pandemic in Wigan Borough.To support this objective, the tender consists of the following two Lots:• Lot 1: Support to develop a 'Love Local' brand and marketing campaign - In 2020 we launched the 'Support Local' campaign designed to encourage residents to support their local businesses rather than larger, national, or international companies. Connected to the council's Community Wealth Building principles, the aim is to protect and promote local job opportunities and to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit. The audience is residents who venture outside of the borough for retail and leisure and is designed to showcase what's on offer locally to convince them to stay here.
