- OPTIONS FOR DISCHARGE TO ASSESS (D2A) BEDDED PROVISION Warwickshire County Council, South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust (SWFT) and Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) are working collaboratively to review the current and future requirements for D2A provision. This survey is designed to seek providers' views and is intended to help determine the potential interest in the market to participate in a future procurement exercise for providing Discharge to Assess (D2A) beds as part of a new Residential and Nursing Home Care contract. Please note that this is not a procurement/tender exercise. The information gathered from the market test will inform a future procurement that will be undertaken by Warwickshire County Council and on behalf of South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust (SWFT) and Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) for D2A care home provision in 2026.
