Warrington Borough Council are looking to procure an Advocacy Hub with a single supplier delivering integrated statutory and non-advocacy services across the following advocacy streams;

• Care Act Statutory Advocacy;
• Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA);
• Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS) Safeguards Relevant Person-s Representative (RPR);
• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA);
• Parental Advocacy
• Non-statutory Advocacy across both adults and children-s social care services.
