Description : NHS Devon CCG, on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement South West (NHSE/I SW) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from providers who have the capability and capacity (to be assessed as part of initial procurement process) to deliver Primary Care Medical Services from existing facilities in Plymouth (the Mayflower Group). The service will provide the full range of primary medical care services through an APMS contract with an expectation to provide a variety of Locally Enhanced Services delivered through an NHS Standard Contract. EOIs are also welcome from existing GMS or PMS contract holders.The contract term is yet to be determined but will be for at least 9 years. The annual contract value is approx. £3.76m based on 2021/22 values. The contract is due to commence April 2022. This funding is based on core GMS funds. It may be possible to consider additional, transitional funding that may be available following agreement of a robust business case that outlines the transitional steps that will be undertaken. Such funding would be based on open book accounting to reflect actual costs incurred and would only be available for a limited period of the contract.Interested parties must be eligible to hold an APMS (...
