Description:
North Yorkshire Council requires a supplier to supply e-cigarettes and associated products (i.e. e-cigarettes, e-liquids, training, and customer support). This Contract shall enable The Council to provide End Users with access to e-cigarettes and associated products, at no cost, through a voucher scheme directly supplied by the Supplier. The Contract is activity-based and the numbers of products will fluctuate up or down depending on numbers accessing the service. As a demand led service, there is no guarantee of spend under this Contract.
