The voids work under this contract will fall into schedule of requirements through the contract for kitchen, bathrooms and rewires, with ad-hoc requirements for full house void works. It is expected that Beyond housing will be able to issue out work throughout the year that may fall into the following delivery models: Redcar: • labour only • labour and material • Batch model, including materials and acting as principal contractor under CDM. Scarborough/Whitby • labour only • labour and material There are a number of lots split into 2 main geographical areas.
