Description : To apply please contact molly.brown2@essex.gov.uk.Uttlesford District Council invites consultancy teams to submit a proposal to work with the Council on the whole Local Plan Viability Assessment of the emerging Local Plan as a critical element in its preparation and soundness. Consultants must engage fully with all interests in the development of sites, including strategic and largescale proposals, and other consultants appointed to work in related areas. They must assess the impact of policies on the deliverability and achievability of the predicted growth over the Local Plan period to 2040. The Viability Assessment should take into account the Council's corporate objective to address climate change and how this is reflected in the policies and options for the spatial strategy including a full 'carbon' assessment of the preferred spatial strategy.
