Abstract: The Royal Turks & Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF) is the lead agency for the protection of the marine border and territorial waters of the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI). On behalf of the RTCIPF the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is looking to acquire an aerial surveillance/reconnaissance asset.The functions the asset must fulfil are:- Maritime Border Protection (irregular migration/people smuggling)- Maritime Anti-smuggling (multi commodity, drugs, firearms, people)- Maritime Search and Rescue- Fisheries ProtectionTo fulfil these functions, the aircraft will be required to conduct;- Routine patrol following pre-determined tasking- Respond to dynamic tasking- Loitering on station to monitor identified threats.The RTCIPF will take operati...
