• Tameside Council UID13392 LOCALLY COMMISSIONED SERVICES - PHARMACY PROVISION
  
  Tameside Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable interested parties including Pharmacies for the provision of Locally Commissioned Services to the local population of Tameside, see below
  
  • Smoking cessation
  • Emergency Hormone Contraception (EHC)
  
  Contract commencement date: 1 April 2025.
  Duration: 5 years
  Option to Extend: 5 years
  
  Approximate Annual Spend: £95,000
  Total Spend (including extension periods): £950,000

  In order to be able to participate in this procurement process, interested parties must be able to:
  
  a) meet the pre-requisites / criteria for the provision of the service(s);
  b) meet the required quality standards stipulated;
  c) provide the required evidence to show that they meet the above-mentioned
  pre-requisites / criteria and quality standards; and
  d) provide evidence on insurance cover i.e. Public Liability = £10m,
  Employers Liability = £5m, Professional Indemnity £2m.
