• Tameside Council UID13391 LOCALLY COMMISSIONED SERVICES - GP PROVISION
  
  Tameside Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable interested parties for the provision of Locally Commissioned Services to the local population of Tameside, see below
  
  • Smoking cessation
  • Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC)
  • NHS Health Checks
  • Weigh Management
  
  Contract commencement date: 1 April 2025.
  Duration: 5 years
  Option to Extend: 5 years
  
  Approximate Annual Spend: £207,000 p.a
  Total Spend (including extension periods): £2,070,000 over a 10 year period
