Description : Naval Ships Support who are within the Defence Equipment and Support organisation (DE&S) which is part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), intends to award a contract for Trilogi Build+ software acquisition to BAE System (Operation) Limited using the negotiated procedure without the prior publication of a contract notice under Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015; for technical reasons, the contract may be awarded only to a particular economic operator.
