- The outreach service will enhance tobacco dependency services across Gloucestershire, by working with targeted cohorts with high smoking prevalence rates. The service will provide behaviour change support to service users, taking a more targeted and tailored approach. Target cohorts include those who are homeless or living in supported accommodation, the Polish community, those with substance misuse issues and the LGBTQ+ community.
