Meneage House has 142x windows (excluding Velux windows). A detailed Condition Survey was carried out, where every window was inspected externally and over 50% surveyed internally. It was noted a high amount of degradation to the windows.
Of the 142x windows surveyed, 16x windows need replacing (replacement works are being carried out separate to this tender - so are not required for this tender) 1x window does not require any work. The remaining 125x windows are thought to be repairable.
