Abstract: The University has been successful in obtaining Welsh Government Smart Capital Grant funding, to procure equipment which has to supplied, delivered and paid for before 31st March 2024.We are now looking to award a contract for The Supply & Installation of a Rotor Balancing Machine for the Electrical Propulsion Laboratory at Wrexham University Plas Coch campus.The electrical laboratory will provide a research and development centre for zero emission technologies and facilities for students, researchers & University partners to design, manufacture and test electrical propulsion systems aimed at contributing to a Net Zero Wales and minimising the effects on Climate Change.Wrexham University has been awarded a Welsh Government SMART capital funding bid for the purchase of 1 Rotor Balancing Machine.The grant funding requires any equipment to be supplied, delivered and paid for by no later than the 31st March 2024.ObjectiveThe University will work with the winning supplier on a schedule that will enable the supplier to work towards the completion date 31st March 2024.The horizontal rotor balancing machine should be capable of being manually loaded...
