Description : This PIN is to allow the engagement with the supply chain through Technical Dialogue (TD), here wewill seek an open response to certain key lines of enquiry where this will be followed by interviewswith selected organisations, based upon their initial response. This is intended to test the currentstrategic direction of the AS where SL will seek to further develop its understanding andconfidence of the proposed technical and commercial strategies prior to potentially undertaking aformal procurement process, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations. As such thisphase may support the further development, and refinement, of the proposed procurement,technical, and commercial arrangements.The Technical Dialogue will allow SL to engage across a number of project functional areasincluding:1. Design and Engineering to support the Modular Accommodation Strategy2. Site installation and commissioning works3. Installation and integration of laboratory plant and equipment4. Schedule and Workpack Delivery5. Contracting Models
