Description : The Health and Safety Executive require suitably qualified and experienced individual(s) to assess the validity and accuracy of structural justification documents prepared to support the issue of explosives licences for the manufacture or storage of explosives. The output for each assessment is a report which confirms the suitability and accuracy of the technical assessment undertaken to provide HSE with the assurance that its conclusions are valid and appropriate.
