Description : CYN wish to recruit a conservation architect led design team to take the project forward from feasibility stage to completion (RIBA Stages 4-7). The project has an anticipated construction cost of approximately GBP 4.5 million — GBP 5 million. The appointed consultant will include an architectural and conservation lead consultant supported by a structural engineer and services engineer. The consultant will also be required to provide CDMC services.
Project management will be provided by the client in-house team and a separate appointment will be made for cost consultancy.
Based on a construction cost of GBP 5 million it is anticipated that the consultant fee value for the commission from RIBA Stages 4-7 will be between GBP 350 000 — GBP 450 000.
