Description:
Cornwall College have applied for a funding grant of c £2.5m to undertake refurbishment works to the existing Penhaligon House building at their Camborne Campus, Cornwall.

The proposed project involves two key works packages - stripout of the ground floor and extension (ground and first floor) of the existing building, and then refurbishment works to these areas. These packages will be let as separate contracts.

This tender opportunity is for the stripout elements of the project only and will consist of an open single stage traditional tender process.

The DfE funding grant agreement which will be in place with Cornwall College will be explicit that all works (and therefore funding expenditure) must be completed by March 2026. This is a hard stop date.

Cornwall College have appointed a team of professional consultants to deliver the project. Further details on the team are included in this ITT.
