Description:
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is conducting a tender exercise for a new Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Engineering (HVACME) framework.

The framework will consist of a single lot where the suppliers that are added to it (with an estimated max number of 5) will be expected to provide all the required services (Heating, ventilation etc.) either themselves or via their supply chain / sub-contractors. The works will cover the entire TfGM estate so will include offices, bus stations and interchanges, a rail station and a number of bus depots.

This will be a four (4) year framework with no guarantee of work but there is an estimated potential spend of around £5 million over the full term.

The tender exercise will be completed via the Pro-Contract / Proactis e-tendering procurement tool, so interested suppliers that don-t already have a login for this system, are encouraged to register.
