Description:
Tewkesbury Borough Council is seeking to appoint an Operator capable of entering into a full concession contract for services for up to 5 years. The Operator must be able to manage the twice weekly markets in such a way as to offer quality service to the community whilst maintaining a sustainable business model. The contract will be a concession contract with a co-terminous licence for the markets.
