- Wyre Forest District Council has a legal duty under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996(as amended) to provide temporary accommodation for single people or homeless households whilst an application for housing is being assess. The Council wished to appoint multiple providers to form a PSL (Preferred Supplier List) to offer temporary accommodation on a call-off /adhoc basis. Providers are required to meet minimum standards of service provision to be included on the PSL.
