Description:
Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council are leading the D2 Collaborative Specialist Homes Project securing two 2-bed properties within Derby City and Derbyshire.

This procurement is secure a provider to deliver specialist support and care package to children in care with complex needs in those homes.

The provider will need to have a robust management plan within which they have to work closely with the local community and with the NHS ICB to provide clinical support.

Derby City Council owns a property that will be provided as accommodation, and the provider will ensure it has adequate and trained staff to give the relevant therapeutical and clinical support required.

Derbyshire County Council are expecting the successful provider to supply an appropriate property in its locality.
