Abstract: • Emptying non-hazardous liquid effluent from Cesspool Tanks between 7,300 and 18,000 litres when notified.• Emptying up to 22,000 litres of potentially hazardous liquid effluent from a Cesspool Tank when notified.• Emptying non-hazardous foul effluent (sewage) from cesspits up to 18,000 litres when notified.• Ad hoc removal of liquid effluent from Attenuation Tanks between 22,000 and 1.2 million litres. NB This is considered to be a very rare requirement and the full volume may not need to be removed. Depending on the ‘trigger- event, this may be either hazardous or non-hazardous effluent.
