T2648 Framework for the Hire of Ancillary Equipment for Belfast City Council Events
Project Description:Belfast City Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators `Bidders` for the hire, delivery, off-loading, positioning and pick up of ancillary equipment. The Contractor will be required to position the portable toilet facilities and modular buildings on site as instructed by the Council or Production Management Company. Economic Operators must submit an offer for all aspects of the service as specified. Failure to bid for all aspects of the service will result in exclusion from the tender process. This ITT sets out the information which is required by the Council to assess the suitability of Bidders` legal and financial capacity and technical ability `Conditions of Participation` to meet the ITT requirement. In addition to this, quality and pricing proposals `Award Criteria` will also be assessed before any contract award is made. The Council wishes to appoint a maximum of 5 suppliers to its framework for the hire of ancillary equipment.
