- Tenders are invited for Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) submitted planning on 05 July 2023 for a new surface level carpark consisting of 93 spaces to serve the Leafair Community Centre in Derry. The new carpark is located on lands east of the Leafair Community Centre, 20A Leafair Park, Derry. The development will consist of the provision of a new surface level carpark, perimeter fencing, lighting, signage, and a new vehicular access onto Leanamore Road.
