- Tenders are invited for T22-069CAP New Changing Places Facility at Derg Valley Leisure Centre CfT CA Unique ID: DCS-377 Evaluation Mechanism: Price/Cost Effectiveness Description: The Contract is for the delivery of a new ‘Changing Places- facility at Derg Valley Leisure Centre, Castlederg, County Tyrone. The works primary comprises of renovating an existing meeting room to provide, but not exclusive to, the following interventions: • Small scale demolition works, including the removal of existing floor and ceiling finishes. • The installation of structural steel beams and supports for a new ceiling hoist tracking system. • Construction of a new stud wall to include a new internal door. • Upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical installations to include all appropriate fixtures and fittings; including mains water supply, lighting, heating and ventilations. • Upgrade and connections to existing drainage system to include new inspection chambers, roddable back inlet gulley traps and an internal gulley. • Installation of new ‘Changing Places- fixtures and fittings. • Installation of new wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
