- Tenders are invited for T1511 - Provision of an external Place Shaping delivery agent for the Cross Community Area Network Project - Peace IV Programme CfT CA Unique ID: NIHE-1429 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires the services of a Place Shaping delivery agent (the Contractor) for its Building Positive Relations (BPR): Cross Community Area Network (CCAN) programme. The BPR CCAN programme is funded by the Special European Union Programmes Body-s (SEUPB) Peace IV funding stream. The Contractor-s role in the programme will be to deliver the Place Shaping element (Stage 4) of the overall BPR CCAN programme. A Place Shaping project is defined as a process that brings together participants from local communities with design professionals with the goal of improving the quality of life for residents in a defined geographic area through the collaborative development of plans and strategies that work with the physical environment to improve social cohesion, economic opportunity and environmental sustainability.
