- This Contract is for the provision of legal services for the Client. The current Contract is subdivided into the following three lots: • Lot 1 - The provision of strategic advice across Regulation & Compliance, Procurement, PPP, Pensions, Environmental and Health & Safety, Corporate & Commercial, Employment and Litigation. • Lot 2 - The provision of advice across Procurement, Environmental and Health & Safety, Corporate & Commercial, Employment Litigation, and Property & Planning. • Lot 3 - The provision of advice in relation to Public Liability Claims, Employer's Liability Claims, Environmental Liability Claims, Debt Recovery, Uninsured Loss Recovery, Defence & Prosecution of Criminal Offences, Environmental and Health & Safety and Lands Tribunal. NI Water are exploring various options for the new Contract therefore the 3 lot structure detailed above is subject to change. It is NI Water's intention to engage with the Market in due course by way of: - RFI - May 2025 - NI Water Presentation - May/June 2025 - One to one meetings if required - June 2025 There is no requirement to respond or express interest at this point.
