Description:
Project Description: The Ministry of Defence (MOD) has a requirement to procure a range of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) weighing scales. Equipment types and ranges as follows: Bench 0-50 Kg Crane 0-5000Kg Hanging 0-2200Kg Pallet 0-2500Kg Floor 0-3000Kg Platform 0-20000Kg Equipment to be manufactured to UKCA/CE & BSEN 45501. At this stage one supplier capable of supplying all equipment and ranges is preferable, the request for information is to see if that capability can be achieved. Please note the deadline: all RFI submissions must be provided to the Authority :by 12:00 GMT on 10th April 2026. Please contact the Authority at your earliest opportunity should you encounter challenges with your submission. Please email your submissions to DES-Deca-MST-Procurement@mod.gov.uk.
