This notice serves to inform the market that Bromford Flagship Limited is considering the development of a Dynamic Market that enables multiple material suppliers to join Bromford's marketplace. This will allow Bromford buyers to competitively tender for materials from local and regional suppliers on behalf of Bromford Housing's internal construction arm, Bromford Developments Limited. Subject to approval, the Dynamic Market System is anticipated to be established in January/February 2026. Participating suppliers will be required to provide pricing, delivery capabilities, and meet Bromford-specific requirements, which will be set out in detail at the tender stage.
