Description : Fresh Earth Technologies Ltd recover Metals and Plastics from Waste Cables.We separate the copper and other metals from the plastic insulation, which is granulated to approximately 3mm, the plastic is a combination of XLPE (10%) and PVC (90%) by weight. To increase our revenue from the sale of the plastic we need to separate the two materials and dry them. The Separated materials have to be 99% pure of contaminants.In addition, we have a supply of poly propylene which also needs to be washed and dried.The Plant should be able to process 2 tonnes of mixed dry plastic per hour.The purchase of this machine is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only.
