THE PROJECT CONCERNS REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF VARIOUS PITCHED TILED ROOFS, AT VARIOUS SELECTED SINGLE FAMILY ACCOMMODATION (SFAS) PROPERTIES, AT THE EPISKOPI GARRISON OF THE SBAA, AT THE ISLAND OF CYPRUS.
THE SFA PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED WITHIN A MILITARY CAMP BASE OF THE BRITISH FORCES CYPRUS (BFC).
THE PROJECT IS SEPARATED INTO 2 NO PHASES:
- 10 NO PROPERTIES FOR PHASE A',
- 6 NO ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES FOR PHASE B'.
THE SCOPE OF WORKS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING FOR EACH PROPERTY:
- BUILDING & CIVIL WORKS (B&CE)
REMOVAL OF ROOF ANTENNA'S AND/OR SATELLITES AND/OR OTHER INTERNET FIXTURES.
REMOVAL OF EXISTING TILES, UNDERLAYS, BATTENS & CROSS BATTENS.
REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS LOCATED IN ROOF LOFT SPACES.
REPAIRS TO EXISTING RAFTERS AND/OR OTHER ROTTEN TIMBERS.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW PLYWOOD BOARDS.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW BATTENS & CROSS BATTENS.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW UNDERLAY.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CLAY TILES.
