- Description:
- The overarching requirement of this project is to develop and prepare comprehensive
designs for the removal and replacement of the RAAC slab units, undertake all enabling
and necessary associated works and subsequently install and commission the
replacement solution. The RAAC slabs are present in two principal areas: Above two
Lightwells / Atriums at first floor level and to the roof of the roof level Plant Room.
This project is split into two principal Phases as outlined below - a Design Phase (1) and
a Build Phase (2), each with their own corresponding Work Packages. The SubContractor shall provide firm costs for all works under Phase 1 and estimated costs for works under Phase 2.
