Description : North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") requires information on potential Suppliers' capability and capacity to provide the services detailed in its Expression of Interest (hereafter referred to as "EOI") (attached). The Council are considering how best to compliantly engage a Supplier and wishes to use this EOI to gauge the capacity and interest of potential Suppliers in providing this service to the Council.Based on responses received to this EOI from potential Suppliers, the Council reserves the right to award a contract without further engagement, where the Council decides, at its absolute discretion, further engagement is not necessary or beneficial (e.g., where only one (1) Supplier confirms interest, capacity and/or expertise which align with the Council's requirement).The Council requires a North Northamptonshire branded web-based portal that enables customers, residents, and other stakeholders to report issues and faults on the public highway to the Council via mixed media.Reporting must be enabled to include reporting via mobile phone or similar, to allow photographs and geolocation of incidents to be made.The new system must integrate with the Council's existing bac... - Documents :
