Abstract: MEL are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the asset group referred to as Station Information and Surveillance Systems (SISS). For the purpose of this tender, we have created 2 Lots which are split into the following categories. Lot 1 - Fire and Security Alarm Maintenance - These assets include Fire Alarms and Security Alarms, Access Control, W.C alarms and access systems, bike shelter access systems and Passenger Validators. These systems and assets perform a vital function at all MEL stations and as such we view them as business critical.
