St George's Leisure Centre - Hard Strip Demolition
In readiness for the main full demolition works of the St George-s leisure centre building (separate future tender), this tender opportunity is for an initial hard strip of the internals of the building which will streamline the main demolition process. This will consist of removing the non-structural internals such as asbestos, disconnection / removal of electric, mechanical and plant. Also removal of all existing fixtures, fittings, internal finishes and non-load bearing elements of the structure with the proviso of leaving the site clear and ready for follow on demolition works.
