- Description:
- SPS is seeking a contractor to install a new air cooled chiller serving the Gates/Visits building at HMP Shotts, to replace the existing chiller unit located internally within the roof plantroom. The new chiller shall be installed at ground level external to the building on a new purpose-built concrete plinth and shall include all required extensions to chilled water pipework, electrical and BEMS cabling etc. to suit the new chiller location. The existing chiller shall be safely isolated, removed and disposed of off-site.
