Description : Winchester City Council seeking to appoint a professional consultancy to create a district wide searchable GDPR compliant Microsoft Excel business database. The internal database will be produced on Microsoft Excel and all the data will be collected from credible sources, such as the Chamber of Commerce, Companies House, internet searches and by contacting companies. The database will not be published and will not be a consumer facing product.
