Description : 1.2 Brief description of Service: Solihull MBC is acting as the lead authority for the procurement exercise relating to the provision of SCANNER (Surface Condition Assessment of the National Network of Roads) surveys for a joint survey of the Classified Road networks of the participating West Midlands District Councils, as defined in 2.4 This activity includes all survey work, data processing and supply of data in accordance with the current SCANNER specification, work must only be carried out using fully accredited equipment.
