Liverpool City Council (LCC) owns four digital advertising towers / screens on the M62 and is currently in contract for operating these four digital advertising screens and supporting structures, however this contract is to come to an end in around 18 months- time.
As such, LCC is considering its options and would be keen to hear from media companies interested in upgrading the LED screens and appearance of the towers in addition to then operating the site for a period of 10 years.
