Soft Market Testing - Adult Social Care Care Charging Software
The London Borough of Hackney is currently reviewing care charging in line with the Government's new Social Care policy reforms on Care Charging and the financial cap.As part of this work we need to be able to supports people going through the process of financial assessments for care. Currently we do this manually using paper based assessments and we are looking for a web-based system that will allow residents to remotely complete their own assessments.
