Description : Ofqual requires a service or services to manage its social media presence and to monitor social media traffic to keep abreast of current topics of interest to the organisation.Our scoring will be split into core requirements and additional desired requirements. Core requirements must be met and there are additional points awarded for meeting desired requirements.While the requirements are split into 2 separate sections for management and monitoring, and we will consider 2 separate solutions, we would prefer a single solution that encompasses all requirements, and the scoring will reflect that.Therefore, the tender will be split into 3 lots;a) Social Media Management.
