Eastlight is inviting tenders for a 4-year JCT Measured Term Contract, divided into two Lots:

Lot 1: Servicing, maintenance, and repairs for sewage treatment plants, cesspits, and pump stations across 50 sites. This includes quarterly servicing, waste disposal, and emergency response. Estimated annual value: £90K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%.

Lot 2: Responsive out-of-hours service for external drainage issues, including blocked drains, CCTV surveys, and repairs across Eastlight's properties. Estimated annual value: £300K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%.

Key requirements include a 24/7 call-out service, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and detailed reporting. Contractors must liaise with residents where applicable and provide condition reports.
