This ITQ is seeking bids from organisations who are licensed to collect and purchase mixed scrap ferrous metal (Goods) from our Recycling and Household Waste Sites (RHWS) and Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) located in Leicestershire.
These organisations should be capable of providing ro-ro type containers at each Collection Point and provide an on request reliable collection of scrap and return of container service.
The awarded Buyer will pay for the Goods monthly based on the value and weight of the goods collected during that month both of which will vary month by month.
Value is calculated with reference to the Let-s Recycle website for 5c light iron price per ton during the three months prior to collection. - Documents:
