Description : This tender is for the appointment of a Contractor to undertake roof replacement works at the Royal Cornwall Museum in Truro. The works have been designed by professional consultants through RIBA stages 1 to 4. This tender is for the construction phase, RIBA stage 5. A principle outline of the scope of works are as follows: - Replacement of the pitched slate roof coverings- Replacement of the flat roof coverings - Thermal improvement works- Installation of rainwater goods- External render repair- Installation of new external staircase- Replacement of louvered doorsPlease refer to the tender documentation within the appendixes.
